Very nice. I like this a lot.
Thank you, Charles, I appreciate that immensely.I appreciate you and this warm community who comes back again and again and leaves such kind comments. Like a writer, a photographer has to work long stretches in solitude and I am so grateful for all of you who come by and leave a note.
at first i thought it was someone's nose ...
*giggles*It's a white swan painted glass Christmas ornament. I tried to find a way to make it look like a dancer out of Swan Lake. I put it on an off-white pillow and turned it against the light until I had what I thought is like a reflection of a dancing move. What you see are the shadows, the rest is not visible because of overexposure. I try to do one crazy exposure every morning, to sort of get my joices flowing. Most days I discard what I shot, though. ;-)
Sorry for the mistakes, "juices" for ex. - it was a long day.
Whoa. Awesome picture. Looks like a dancer.
Oh, Juju, I am so happy you actually "see" what I hoped to capture! Woohoo! ;-)
Thank you, William! :-)
Thank you for taking the time to leave a note.
