with the Golden Hour's light
flooding in through
tall windows and
bathing the interior
in its glow
is my favorite
what more could one
they'd have to hire actors
to perform that feat,
have friendliness in their genes,
they couldn't be grumpy
even if they wanted to!
could one wish for?
to really do this jewel justice,
but then, who am I
to reveal all its glory
when you can go there
and see for yourself?

I was told that some of you were not able to see this morning's post (identical to this one), so I reloaded the pictures. I hope that solves the problem!
I did not delete the previous entry because I would then lose the comments of those of you who had commented earlier in the day.
Thank you for informing me about the snag,
I would love to go for cafe there.. I just love the cute cup and saucer too ..!!ReplyDelete
a double whammy..of merisi and why not...glorious as usual..ReplyDelete
I wonder if I'll ever sit in Diglas again? It's my very favorite cafe.
Are those new cups? I love them!
I have the cherries . . . a bowl of stems and stones is at my elbow . . . but I'm lacking the rest of the ambiance, not to mention the coffee.ReplyDelete
(Of course I probably shouldn't drink the coffee at midnight.)
I'm jotting this down for my Visit Vienna Someday itinerary.
How many times do I have to say this? Your photography is amazing! Love the cherry shot!ReplyDelete
great photo!! looks like I could pick up the cup and drink!! :)ReplyDelete
That cherry is brilliant! Was that one of your class assignments? I seem to remember you were trying to find cherries.ReplyDelete
Lovely~ and the second image from the top is delectable, beautiful! Have a great weekend~ReplyDelete
Sigh! A sane civilized oasis of calm and coffee.ReplyDelete
The "cherry picture" is so cute!ReplyDelete
I found your blog by clicking on various links and am glad I did. I visited Vienna many years ago and am delighted to get glimpses of a city I enjoyed very much.
I'll be back for certain.
That looks so perfect that it doesn't even look real! Yum!ReplyDelete
Thank you all for your comments and support! I appreciate them immensely.ReplyDelete
Today is the last day of the semester, will be a long day, but tomorrow, I have finally a day with no plans and no immediate assignments. *hurrah*
I wish you all a wonderful weekend,
My favorite too MReplyDelete
