Belle promenade encore ce matin...
ReplyDeleteTes photos sont magnifiques...
Each time I look at your pictures I want to sing La... la... Vienna mine...they are so evocative of that beautiful, civilised, historical city.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely October rose. It is freezing over here, but spent an enjoyable day yesterday raking up leaves!
ReplyDeleteSuch splendidly observed details.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Sunday, Merisi.
I can almost smell that rose! And so nice to see Polaris again
ReplyDeleteI spied the photographer in that last self-portrait! ;)) Lovely images, and those pink roses are stunning.
ReplyDeleteMerisi~
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful rose photo....you're the queen of these! My prom dress was the same color as that rose!! I like the sidewalk cafe photos you bring us....such beautiful people! Everyone dresses so much more fashionably than here. I'm looking for cold weather fashion ideas.......but in the meantime, we're wearing shorts and sandals today in Dallas....can't complain! Happy Sunday!

When only having a moment to comment it is almost impossible to choose one post over another. It is like trying to choose a pastry at Demel's! All are so beautiful and I find myself thinking about them throughout the day. Per your comment - Yes, you may be right about the book and Saint-Saens. You sent me on a wonderful search of Nash's verse yesterday...much fun! You have also had white horses in your day lately I see! I MUST get to Vienna!

That's a beautiful rose.. it make me miss summer all the more.
ReplyDeleteLook at the colour of that rose?
ReplyDeleteDoesn't it make your heart sing?
My roses are just starting to bloom.
They bring me so much joy.
I'm especially fond of the chairs in transit and the wein box too. Love your style.
