What a nice summery post Merci!ReplyDelete
Your colors in the photographs is especially brilliant against the blue sky. Are those two who are forgetting time reading the same two who were boating last summer?
Well, yes all I can say is IT IS AMAZING all of the interconnection in Blogland! I adore people. I adore the interconnection of people. Perhaps one day our two paths shall cross. I would like that very much!
I have a feeling I will meet Allie!
I especially like the way you have caught the sparkle on the water in the bottom picture. Like the sparkle on Maria's necklace in your Sunday post. I do like sparkly things!ReplyDelete
Great colors. Love that green.ReplyDelete
Oh - I'm feeln it!ReplyDelete
Especially as I sit here in my trakky daks over the top of my pjs, in front of the heater!
And look out at the frost on the garden and see all the plants it's giving a hiding to.
Lovely post again...they are always such story tellers...jade and shades by the way my friend! I often get lost in reading, too!ReplyDelete
Such beautiful colors! Great blog post. Have a wonderful week (:ReplyDelete
Wonderful post on colors. Here in my area, my trees should start getting their dull look on their leaves in a week or two. Oh course by then, I'm ready for some fall colors.ReplyDelete
Thank you, Constance! :-)
I don't know the couple in the picture. I photographed them at the public swimming pool, where I took my girls in the late afternoon.
Oh, that was a wonderful evening mood, with the sun down low.
Regarding the sparkle on the necklace, you must have meant somebody else's blog, I suppose.
Thank you! One of the beautiful sides of Vienna, abundant green throughout the summer.
We'll have the Christmas lights up,
when you will be watching the figs ripen! ;-)
Thank you! :-)
Observed around the swimming hole, last evening. I loved the couple, sp peacefull and harmonious, reading together.
a great week to you too! :-)
Thank you! :-)
I don't even want to think beyond summer yet, it's too beautiful around now.
Merisi, I meant the sparkle of Maria Callas' necklace when she was singing from Carmen in the link from your Sunday morning post! :-)ReplyDelete
Such a lovely, refreshing post!ReplyDelete
Oh yes, of course, thank you for pointing it out to me! Heat definitely slows my brain waves down a whole bit. ;-)
I am hoping that my girls ask me to take them to the pool again this evening! ;-)))
Love the photo entitled Summer's Dance! Looks like you are having some warm summer weather - Enjoy!ReplyDelete
What an eye for pics you have Merisi. Every one a work of art.ReplyDelete
I have an award for you on my blog.
I hope that in the meantime the sun has returned to the East Coast, Maine especially.
You are so kind, thank you very much,
I shall come over to your beautiful place and see what you have in store for me! :-)
Always so lovely, Merisi. Thanks for sharing your beautiful photos!ReplyDelete
Oh Merisi! You not only paint pictures with your titles, but your photographs give one something to dream about: Summertime at its best! Maybe someday I'll be lucky enough to visit your beautiful country!ReplyDelete
