A rose is beautiful any time of the year but a winter rose is very special. I like the shadow of the rose on the tablecloth. Very pretty.
What a beautiful rose! I loves roses, and this white one is simple and so pretty. I also like that shadow on the tablecloth!
I love the name of this beautiful flower. ;-)Paz
Hey, I did roses today too!I wonder where these ones come from - do you think they grow them in greenhouses or import them?I thought I left a comment yesterday (I must have dreamt it!) - I wanted to tell you I could feel the crispness in the air from your photos and that I LOVED the chandelier.
This rose has lifted my spirts a lot...I've been experiencing some really difficult days lately. This rose connects me to better feelings of hope and joy--Thank you! ((HUGS))
GOLLY, she gasped!So beautiful...
Oooh, when that image loaded up I swear I could actually smell it! Amazing, the power of suggestion!
Merisi,This picture looks so real... I wanted to touch it.
I haven't seen a flower all day apart from your rose - and the flowers on my desk which I absentmindedly gave some water to.This is one of my favourite shots: from above, to the heart of the flower.
PHOTOWANNABE and MELISSA,it was the shadow that made me stop and pus the shutter. :-)PAZ:I had just passed the large Christmas tree in front of Palais Ferstel, when I noticed the rose on the table beside the entrance to Cafe' Central. FREEFALLING:Blogger seems to have some problems today. I didn't see these comments on my email account and I have not been able to post yet (it's 9pm on the 6th by now).I do not know where the roses come from, I will try to find out, would love to know myself.
