-> Sachertorte @ Wikipedia:
"Sachertorte (German pronunciation: [ˈzaxɐˌtɔʁtə] ( listen)) is a specific type of chocolate cake, or torte, invented by Austrian Franz Sacher in 1832 for Prince Wenzel von Metternich in Vienna, Austria. It is one of the most famous Viennese culinary specialties."

  1. The weather was so beautiful yesterday, and I was early for an appointment. I decided to get off the tram and meander along a few tram stops towards my destination. . This is what I caught walking by the Sacher hotel. I managed only one shot, before the waiter served the cakes to two ladies waiting to be served.

  2. And what a nice waiter. :)

  3. The picture's grand, Merisi, full of beauty and grace. I am imagining that you and I are sitting at the table that is the waiter's destination. He has already served us the delicious coffee. I might have already taken a sip of water from the glass. The October sunlight casts a warmth on the scene, too.

  4. Did someone say Sachertorte? I had to come and see for myself and now I want a piece of that delicious cake.

  5. A new dessert word for me, and it looks much too tasty!

  6. Sometimes Merisi, just sometimes I do envy you they look delicious ...lovely picture as always...

  7. I rather think that might taste as good as it looks!
