  1. Ein glückliches neues Jahr, liebe Freundin!

  2. Happy New Year's Eve, Merisi! Wishing you a year full of wonder and light.

I love that ceiling detail...and the little wings on those narrow shoulder blades. Youth looks so fragile and vulnerable, sometimes.

  3. Love the entire thing. Beautiful music, ceiling and angels.
    Happy New Year Merisi.

  4. All the best for the New Year, M.

  5. I will look for that little blue angel . . . Happy New Year to you, Merisi.

  6. Happy New Year Merisi - may it be filled with joy and adventure and many pictures to share!

  7. Happy New Year, Merisi! Thanks for the many beautiful voyages you've taken me on to enchanting places through your blog.

  8. Absolutely beautiful shot of the golden hall! Simply gorgeous colors.

  9. Happy New Year Merisi

  10. Your praise is way exaggerated, I only dream of having the drive and talent to do a photoblog like yours. I get distracted all the time, so I just put up a small fraction of the things I'd like to. You wouldn't believe the folders of photos, the clips of music (today I was trying to learn a piece of music on guitar), the half started canvasses and the pieces of writing I have lying around all over the place! Still, I will take your encouragement and try and use it to create and produce more during 2009, and more importantly update it to the web.

I know exactly what you mean about exhibitions, on the one hand you feel really inspired, you tell yourself this is what life's all about, and how you want to create more of your own art, yet on the other hand, you think these people really are talented and dedicated and you just can't match it. And you know sometimes, you go round the modern art in the Pompidou and you think to yourself about something in there, that now that really is rubbish!

    Have a great 2009,

  11. I know I shall not envy my neighbour, but right now I am feeling a bit green.......

    Lovely photos. Thank you!

  12. Liebe Merisi,
Ich wünsche dir und deiner Familie ein wundervolles, aufregendes, gesundes und lustiges Neues Jahr!

  13. You were at the concert?!?!

  14. Tea,
I was at the dress rehearsal.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a note.
