  1. I have just found your blog and wanted to tell you how beautiful your photos are and how much I have enjoyed "touring" Vienna with you. I visited Salzburg and the St. Wolfgang two years ago and continue to plan my return to Austria. Thank you for allowing me to "visit" through your photos.

    Welcome, and thank you!
Salzburg and the lakes, like St. Wolfgang, are were I spent my childhood summers. I get to know Vienna only now, that I live here.

    veronica:
Mille grazie, Veronica. I already went to get a copy of your yummy dessert!
And yes, come to Vienna, soon. :-)

    Kate:
I have never been to Moscow, now a know a little more what to expect there, thank you!

    my melange:
As I mentioned a long time ago, I try to capture what I see, with fresh eyes every day, and I do look up a lot. So far, my neck hasn't complained yet. :-)

  6. I can't bend my neck so far -- I just tilt the camera and hope -- some of the time I get nothing but sometimes it works superbly
