  1. Talk about "Keeping dogs on leashes"!
    Your Maxie is over at

I see, my Maxie's once again smelling the chocolates, one of his favorite pastimes. He will at most lick them, so don't worry, please. ;-)

    "Finding the art in living,"
how wonderful, the way you phrased that. I'll have to think about that. Thank you. ;-)
Oftentimes I wished I had more time to chronicle the things and people around me, it's amazing how simple ordinary things can turn out to be anything but mundane.

    Savannah:
So good to see you! :-)
I have photographed that wonderful entry way many times, but yesterday that lady with her beautiful coat caught my attention as she was approaching, I had to get her right at that precise spot. ;-)

The bridge club, right, and at lightning speed at that! :-)

(May I confess that I did not eat any gelato while in Venice?)

  9. Lovely harbingers of spring, those cafe tables and the pink tulips. Beautiful transitions. Splendid combinations. Seasons gracefully playing an intertwining overlap. I love the light you've captured and that woman in the red coat. I wonder who she is? I like her for having bought and worn that coat. It makes me happy to know she was there in front of that huge blue door.
I am ready for tulips I do believe.
    All best, Jan
(If you are up to sharing the Basil Pecan recipe...it might give our Bourbon Balls a run for the money next Christmas. :) )

    JANICE C CARTIER:
It was the Blue Hour, my favorite.
The appearance of the lady was sheer serendipity, I still carried the memory of the color of the tulips, she seemed to carry spring in her steps.

    VALHI RAE:
    You are welcome, enjoy!

    SIMON:
    :-)

    ABSOLUTE VANILLA & ATYLLAH:
I am sure those tables are filled right now, the sun's out!

    Peace! Hope! & Joy!
