  5. LORENZOTHELLAMA:
    Thank you. :-)
Isn't it funny how things are "there" if you start looking for them?

    Paz:
They are such a rioteous, wild bunch of colors, yet so harmoniously gathering, aren't they?

Yes, those colors really made me ready to take on the day, and the blues were lovely.

Isn't it amazing that the pillow and the little cakes share the same distinctive color dots? ;-)

  8. You see the world in such a special way. Because I'm a composer, I hear the world. I would never have noticed the three blues, for instance. But I think the way you see and the way I hear must be very much alike.

You are truly a special soul, Merisi. You show me a Vienna that I've never noticed, and when I return I'll be more aware of things that I've missed in the past.

  16. Incurable Insomniac:
Thank you, what you say about my photography is a truly special compliment. I am looking forward to the days when you will be able to see for yourself what treasures this city lays right before our eyes, way beyond what is written about.

    Britt-Arnhild:
Well, there are blues and then there are the Blues. I like to pamper both at times. ;-)

    Mary:
I still need to find out how the cake got the spots. ;-) Glad you can enjoy late summer sunshine at last!

    Delphine R2M:
Yes, it's true, it put a smile on my face too. Imagine then, finding that pillow only a few steps away. ;-)

    Brian in Oxford:
Are you sure you did cut a slice of the cake? Or are there eitherdowns flying all over your kitchen? ;-)

    Cream:
I was tempted to name that post "Colour Me Pretty!".
I walked by those vases yesterday and the chartreuse one was whispering something. And all of sudden my vallet crept into the deepest pocket of my purse. ;-)

    Melissa:
    Welcome, Melissa, thank you.

    ParisBreakfasts:
I think we need to opt for the large version, too many golosi to share that tiny version.
I am thinking of doing a spotted version of the birthday cake, for whoever is next in line in my family (please, dear Sweet Kameel, it will not look as good as yours, so don't worry).
