Viennese Spring
It ain't over till the Golden Lady sings

wherever one walks, there's one in bloom,
for weeks on end, or so it seems

  1. Gorgeous spring and equally gorgeous Conchita Wurst! I'm terribly, terribly homesick...

    1. It's a many-layered symbol, isn't it?
Allergies, oh yes, and you would understand why I was disappointed that yesterday there were only a few raindrops falling on a city literally awash in pollen. I sneezed my way through town yesterday. ;-)

    1. It's Austrian artist Concita Wurst. I'll have to read up on it, but I'd guess she'll singing this year's Life Ball Song, which marks the official opening of the Ball.
You must know this charity event has raised a great amount of money for HIV and AIDS research.
