Demel Cherry Strudel and Coffee
Viennese Pastries


Demel's Cherry Strudel
The real thing, made with fresh strudel dough,
baked to perfection several times a day,
and a großer Schwarzer - a double shot of espresso -
served the Viennese way with a glass of water,
topped by a downturned spoon
