Luncheon of the Boating Party
Viennese Escapes



A rainy day
on a lake

accompanied by music
good company

and great food
turns bright

and
cheerful

even though

rain falls

unceasingly

all the way

up and down
the lake and river shores

Nonetheless,
we return with sunshine
on our minds


and music still playing
in our hearts
