I try to walk around the church's neighbourhood whenever I can. It is always uplifting.

  3. Angels with spears? We tend to forget that they are the warriors of God, I guess.

  6. Ah ha!
Is that where the word 'platz' comes from...
    As in-
"go platz yourself over there till I'm done talking..."
    Nice.

  7. Such simplicity and style in the tables and chairs in front of the Karlskirche! I just love this image.

  8. Lovely and I am betting that no one sends you any images of corners without tables and chairs. When I think of the many wonderful images you have shared, it just seems natural to view them...inviting one in for a cup of cafe' mocha and a nice conversation, or to just sit and linger awhile~

  10. We were at Karlsplatz on a cold December day for the Advent market. I loved it. It looks so different in summer.
