Heavens Life
"We enjoy heavenly pleasures
and therefore avoid earthly ones.
No worldly tumult
is to be heard in heaven.
All live in greatest peace.
We lead angelic lives,
yet have a merry time of it besides.
We dance and we spring,
We skip and we sing.
Saint Peter in heaven looks on."

Dedicated to
those we love,
wherever they may be

As I said before, every post has and gives away its own atmosphere : Your last 2 pictures look so serene ...
They make me feel so and "start fresh"... while a hectic day is ahead of me ...

  4. Marie-Noëlle,
    merci beaucoup!
I have so many fond childhood memories of the lakes of the Salzkammergut, from my summers with my grandparents, fond memories of all sorts of laughter and mischief with my sister, who had to leave us when she was still so very young, our secret visits to Zauner's in Bad Ischl. I always feel a great peace when I am able to return there again. Lake Attersee, Wolfgangsee, places of the heart, as they say.
For Gavin to allow me to introduce you to his documentary film really moved me. There are places he traveled to, that will forever be chiseled into my heart. So full of incredibly beautiful memories.

    Tess Kincaid,
Mahler and his music have a special place in my heart. I hope to one day I will be able to follow in Gavin's steps and travel to the places I have not seen yet.

Thank you, Tess, for always being such a good friend. xxx
