  1. Wunderbar. Sehr schon. It's funny that I am listening to Radio Paradise at work and they have just played Ultravox's 'Vienna'. No, seriously. They did :-).

Many thanks for your kind comments on my blog. I love yours.

    Greetings from London.

  2. Beautiful hollyhocks! And I can almost hear the bitter-sweet accordion music.

  3. Lovely. I loved your pics of the little sparrow too. Imagine a sparrow as a dinner guest.

  6. Poignant photo, which suggests dancing music, played by a one-legged man.

Yes, that is what struck me too when I observed this scene! And he was really a really good player and when I noticed his handicap, the music all of a sudden sounded bittersweet.

  11. This guy looks Romanian. I can hear the music as I look at the photo.

I've been meaning to ask you, what kind of camera are you using for your photos?

Thanks for your update on my blog. I was really sorry to hear how things are at the Shakespeare Bookshop. I can't believe people nnnnnnnnnnnnnn(oops that was the cat) behave that way.

  13. I am so sorry I haven't commented in a while...I have been traveling and enjoying our unusual warm autumn here in Upper Michigan for the past few weeks. I am wayyyy behind in reading my fav blogs and commenting and I haven't been able to post on my own blog as often as usual.
But I am slowly catching up. I have read your past two weeks blogs tonight and have loved the images, all of them! Especially the sparrow. It was adorable.
